Returns & Exchanges
If you purchase more than one of the same style, print or colour in the same size or varying sizes in the same transaction you will NOT be eligible for a refund, a store credit will be issued. This comes under our T&CS "CHANGE OF MIND".
Sale & discounted items are strictly final sale only and cannot be returned for either exchange, credit or refund.
RETURNS INFORMATION
- We also offer direct exchanges, subject to stock availability
- Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. (Shock Sale, Black Friday etc)
- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- For all exchange, refund or store credit lodge within 7 days of accepting delivery to obtain a Return Authorisation number. We are happy to refund or exchange where goods meet the following Terms & Conditions
One Exchange per sale, Exchange voids a Refund - No RMA Number No Refund or Exchange "NO EXCEPTIONS GIVEN"
RETURNS:
- Please lodge immediately to arrange a return authorisation number (RMA)
- Once you receive an #RMA, fill in the return card (issued with your delivery) with your full name, items must be returned and received back to us within 7 days of receiving your #RMA
- Once we receive your goods accompanied with the return card you will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been applied. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for funds to show in your account
- All returns must be lodged via our online portal within 7 days of accepting your order
- One Exchange per sale, Exchange voids Refund

- Returned with completed details ie. name & return authorisation number on the back of the "Returns & Exchange" card
- Faulty Items will be replaced with the same garment if available otherwise a refund will be issued
- Items must be returned and received back to us within 7 days of issuing of your #RMA
- Items returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed with tag in place)
- Garments smelling of perfume, body lotion or traces of spray tan and make up will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
- Return shipping is at the cost to the customer
- For Domestic refunds a $15 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount
We DO NOT refund for "Change of mind" circumstances nor are we obliged to (please refer to above).
INTERNATIONAL
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations on International orders. A store credit will be issued for a one time use via email, store credits are not redeemable for cash, exchange or refund
- Faulty Items will be replaced with the same garment if available otherwise a refund will be issued
- Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method e.g express post, to ensure safe and documented delivery
- Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the receiver to pay in order to release the goods
- Sale/discounted items are final sale.
COCOWILLOW
- take no responsibility for missing outgoing and incoming deliveries. We ship Express Post with Australia Post and DHL Express, you will be issued with tracking details please refer to those details to follow up on all deliveries
STORE CREDITS & GIFT CARDS
- Store credit cannot be used with any other discounts or offers and must be used for a one time purchase in full, no credit or unused amount will not be carried forward for future purchase.
COCOWILLOW reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements once assessed
