Please contact us immediately we are happy to refund or exchange where goods are:

• Returned with an RA Number issued by us along with a completed Return Form.

• Returned to us within 7 days of accepting delivery.

• Are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and have the tag in the original

  position)

• With accompanied proof of purchase.

• We do not refund shipping costs.

Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on sale items and swim wear.

Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method e.g express post, to ensure safe and documented delivery. 

COCOWILLOW take no responsibility for missing outgoing and incoming deliveries. The original shipping charges are non refundable and if you are exchanging an item a new shipping charge will be applied.

Please note COCOWILLOW reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements once assessed.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Please contact us immediately to arrange a return authorisation number (R A).
  2. Once you receive an R A number, please fill in the return form (issued with your delivery) with your full details and returned to us within 7 days of accepting delivery.
  3. Once we receive your goods accompanied with the return form, you will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been applied, Less shipping costs other Countries shipping costs relevant to that region (please note it may take up to 10 business days for funds to show in your account).
