LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN GOODS
COCOWILLOW is not responsible if your order is lost or damaged in transit, once your order leaves our premises we hold no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items as the item becomes the property of the Postal Courier. More details are available on our Returns page.
PROCESSING TIME
Our team requires 1-5 business days to process orders. Once your order has been processed it will be shipped with your selected carrier and you will receive an email with your tracking number.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
COCOWILLOW is not responsible for the delivery of your order. Failure to accept the delivery of your oder will result in associated shipping costs, and a store credit will be issued once the item has been received back to COCOWILLOW. No refunds will be provided.
